Future Earth Composites was founded as the circular economy division of Future Earth Energy - a UK clean-energy infrastructure developer with a track record of more than 500MW of renewable power projects delivered and over £3 billion in financing transactions across renewables, energy-from-waste and district heating.
Two decades of developing those assets gave our team a front-row view of an emerging liability: the first generation of wind, solar and clean-energy infrastructure is now reaching end of life, and the composites inside it have nowhere to go. We built FEC to close that loop - recovering decommissioned blades and difficult composite waste streams, and re-engineering them into specification-grade panels.

42 years in the energy industry, with 30 years in global upstream and midstream Oil & Gas and the past 12 years in offshore wind, wave and tidal. A dynamic leader who drives organisational growth, builds high-performing teams and delivers service excellence without compromising sustainability.

Over 25 years' experience in the clean energy infrastructure sector. PhD in Energy Policy from the University of Sussex. Previously held senior positions at major utilities and infrastructure funds, leading developments across renewables, waste-to-energy and district heating.
